1. Shortcut Menu

Where: Left Side of Your Screen

The Shortcut Menu is your starting point. It's on the left side of the screen. This menu will help you find your desired menu easily. Clicking on the shortcut menu will give you fewer options from the list to save your time and hassle. Let's say you are working on the accounting module, you can click ACCOUNTING on the menu to get only the menus from accounting module, thus making your work efficient and easier.

2. Main Menu

Where: Second Left of your screen 

The Main Menu is the centre to navigate through various pages and data in Oneflow. You can visit various pages like contacts, items, journals, sales invoices and purchases expenses etc. by using this menu.

In Oneflow, menu are grouped into submenu to make your navigation easy. Clicking on the menu with the down arrow will show you its submenu. For example, Sales menu in Accounting section has link to pages like estimates, invoices, receipts, receipts allocations and credit notes.

3. Screen Minimizer

Where: Top of the Main Menu

On the top of the main menu is a left arrow button, from where, you can minimize or maximize the data/list screen with just a click. give a try.

4. Reporting Period and Branch Options

Where: Bottom of the Main Menu

These buttons let you change the branch and reporting period of the data/list you are viewing. Switching branch is easy without logging out of the system. Click on the branch switch, A modal screen let you choose your branch. Click the desired branch and the data/report you are viewing is automatically reloaded for the given branch. 

From the reporting period, you can choose the period for which you want to view your data and reports. Oneflow provides you flexibility with presets like previous 7 days, 15 days, 30 days, 60 days etc. You can choose from the Fiscal year or customize the reporting period and accordingly your data/reports will be generated by Oneflow.




    4. Navigation Header Bar

    Plus Icon: Quick Actions

    Make new things fast. use it to quickly create any items or contacts or anything.


    On Right

    User Profile Icon: Your Settings and profile, Logout, change password etc.

    Change things just for you.


    Notifications Hub: Stay Updated with oneflow notifications

    See what's new in your group.


    Notice Board: Get notices from your Organization team that needs attention.


    Search Bar: Find Stuff easily

    Type and find money info easily.


    5. Activity Logs: (Right Bottom) 

    Get Notifications and logs of your organization activity easily.

    7. Navigating Data Lists

    Every data list pages have

    a. Search Bar - to filter or find in the list, Just Type to find what you need.


    b. New Button

    Click "+" or New to start something new.


    c. Tabs

    Switch between Approved Vouchers and Draft Vouchers easily.

    d. Action Buttons

    Refresh List: Reload the list or refresh again.

    Generate PDF: Click to print the list into pdf or to any printer.

    Export to Excel: You can use it to export the data list/table into Excel(xlsx) format.
